  In a word, FANTASTIC! I feel as though I've finally found the right company for the job. I bought a new home a couple of months ago and it came with some HVAC issues. They have been by twice to trouble shoot the cooling in September and the Heating in November. Both times the mystery was solved in short order. Additionally, because the cooling system is old and inefficient, I've used them for the replacement. Once again, an stellar experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC help. I've now had experience with 6 of their technicians and 2 members of their office staff and each one is professional, thoughtful, timely and respectful. What more could you want? Perhaps competitive pricing? They have that too.

  5 star service again when my furnace went out at the start of a 3-day holiday weekend with single digit temps. forecast. I left a frantic middle of the night message and Fernando was at my house at 5:30 a.m. diagnosed the problem, sent someone to ABQ to pick up a part because there were none up here and I had heat by 3 p.m. I have been your customer for 12 years now and am well used to your professional, thoughtful and dependable service, but this time guys, you went over the top for me, and I cannot say how grateful I am. Happy New Year Pro-Tech you are the best!! I've been using Pro Tech for a long time now, they are great Carrier technicians, always on time and are thorough about checking everything I love that they will come on a Sunday evening when it's bitterly cold and the heat goes out; no one could ask for more, and I don't mind paying an emergency call fee which is modest under those circumstances.
