DO NOT rely on this company to do your projects.
This was such an awful experience with Pro Energy Solution. My family and I spent over 2 months with no heat due to a contractual error that Pro Energy Solution made. PES wrote up a contract that included many errors and even parts that expressed that they would not complete the project of installing a fully running HVAC system.
After negotiating a price for the completion of the job, PES had the audacity to ask me to pay more money for a part of the project that they forgot to include in the contract. In other words, I was held accountable and responsible for an error that they made. When speaking with the people of this company, no one wanted to take accountability for the mistake that they made. Instead, I had to pay more money out of my pocket.
Even so, this system took over 3 months to be completed. They would schedule dates to come and work, and would not show up without a notice. This company was very unprofessional, secretary has a attitude, horrible communication, and unreliable. I regret using them for such an important job. It’s been 2 month and I’m still waiting on one of the owners to call me back to change my thermostat and finish something wires out the house that they never cover. Horrible very disappointed.

If I can give one last advice - PICK ANOTHER COMPANY!!! save yourself the headaches.
Well truthfully I would think twice maybe 3 times before hiring this company to do any type of work in your house.
While it was not their fault that the product was faulty from factory. Every problem and interaction I have personally had with them has been horrible. (Heater is not keeping the water hot. If the temperatures are luke warm that is great)
To start things off my heater was broken from the very beginning. We called twice within the first 3 month of it being installed & all they did was increase the heat to unsafe temperatures and basically tell us we had to deal with it. (Which we did for about 2 years) fast forward to now the problem has just grown exponentially. We contacted them had to pay a service fee for them to come and tell us that there were parts that were malfunctioning from the beginning. They needed to reach out to the HTP company manufacturer.
They had supposedly been in contact with the manufacturer (calling them endlessly and sending emails left and right) whom we recently found out had shipped out all 4 parts that were broken but miraculously the parts kept on getting “lost” or not shipped or on back order - all excuses we have heard from proair. They tell us that they have spend tons of money and time trying to fix and repair our issue. When they haven’t. Formally confirmed that they (PROAIR) have just been feeding us lies. Both Billy & John whom they claim are great mechanics (maybe true maybe false - make your own opinions based on actions)
Have done nothing but lie and give us the run around.
They have had the go ahead to exchange the whole unit - which they chose not to do because they would not be getting reimbursed for that job - Per John.

We work with all our customers to resolve any uncontrollable issues promptly.  In this case, our customer had an intermittent problem.  On Christmas Day, the customer called, and we dispatched a team of 3 out to try to resolve the issue.  After picking up supplies and a 2-hour drive we arrived, and the Tennant said it was working and refused to allow us to install a loaner system.  We advised if we did not install the loaner that day, we would not come back until the parts came in, and the customer agreed.  A couple of hours later, the customer stated that did not occur.  While we are awaiting parts, the customer asked, "if she could pay for a new one instead and get covered by a warranty?" We quoted her a price yesterday.  Unfortunately, the customer is out of labor warranty and manufacture she can use anyone she chooses.  We strive to help our customers in every way possible.
