  During the current 90° temperatures they were able to quickly respond and repair my inoperable Carrier heat pump. Very professional and parts were on the truck! Faulty thermostat replaced and up and running in less than a hour.

  I used another large heating and air company for many years. Between our properties we spent more than $150,000 with them. When I starting having problems the original company wanted to charge for repairs not corrected. Multiple trip charges and parts that didn't work. I switched to Pritchard who immediately fixed two problems that the other company created. Since than they have installed new units for our property and also our clients. Pritchard has been fast to respond, courteous, well trained and priced fairly. I have switched from Rutherford H&A and won't be going back. The funny thing is they didn't care.
