  Highly recommend this company. I had an ongoing issue with one of my AC units leaking water onto the floor. The service tech showed me the coils were disintegrating. He explained my options and I decided to replace with a new unit. Jason quoted several options at a fair price and was able to schedule the new unit install for 3 days later to accommodate my schedule. He was polite and helpful and answered all of my many questions. Chris and Christian arrived to install the new unit. A shelf with several items had to be moved to remove the AC unit. I told them I would move the items and they said they would take care of it. When they finished installing, they moved the items back, which was above and beyond. Great, professional service from everyone at this company.

  Jason Killion from Priority 1 HVAC did a superior job for me. He was very polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. I had issues with a newly installed thermostat. Jason arrived within a few hours of initial phone call and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. He explained things in an easy to understand way. I will use Priority 1 HVAC for any future HVAC issues and highly recommend them and Jason!

  Jason with Priority 1 is the best. We had just purchased a new smart thermostat and paid a handyman to install it, but when we got to the setup phase, we had problems pairing it with our home app and then we had issues with the heat not working properly. Turns out our handyman had switched the wires for heat and cool, and when we thought we were turning on the heat, we were really turning on the AC. Jason came out within hours of our cry for help and had us working in no time at all. Very professional, very courteous, and he got us the results we needed. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough!!!
