  Very satified with Alex and his crew. When we started our weddind barn I wanted a local company to install and service our equipment because we were going to be busy enough running everything else. Very fuel efficient and our guest seem to be comfortable no matter what the conditions are outside. Thanks Alex, John and helpers

  I waited for six weeks for two estimates on an approximate $6K to $8K job and never received any even after being promised several times to be provided with them. Looks like someone doesn't have time for such a "small" job when they basically refuse to provide a simple couple of estimates. I wanted estimates, not excuses. I contacted another company about the two jobs and had both estimates, in detail and in writing within two hours, which i gladly and greatfully accepted. I do NOT recommend Primo to anyone.

  Eric was on time, very professional, and found the problem with our dryer right away. He was able to replace the faulty part, and also cleaned and oiled the pieces within our dryer. It is now working perfectly and no longer squeaking loudly. Highly recommend!
