I have only positive things to say about Prime Heating and Cooling. On the frigid MLK weekend, I had an unexpected emergency which shut down my heat and hot water, and I needed someone to diagnose the problem and quickly restore service. After some research, I reached out to Prime Heating and spoke with the owner Tyler, who informed me that someone would be at my home within a 1/2 hr. Not only did he deliver on the promise of a fast/reliable response, but he also did it at an exceptional price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for service.

Highly recommend to all landlords and private home owners. We have had our share of repairs through the years, and Prime is exceptional. Not only punctual, but professional and pricing is excellent. Tyler is very knowledgeable, and was able to get the job done fast and effective. Definitely if we have issues with any of our apartment furnaces Prime will be our first call.

Had an appointment set for Monday, that I made online, between the hours of 8 am-12 pm. I sat around waiting without any call or text to confirm, or to let me know they were not coming. 12 rolled around and no one ever showed. I even waited a few days before posting this review to see if the company would reach out to remedy this, and they sent an email asking for my feedback on the experience (or in this case, lack of) This was very disappointing. I would suggest not using their online system to make appointments if you would like to use this company, and you might have better lucky. Unfortunately, I will have to find my services with another company.

Hello Brianna this is Tyler from Prime Heating & Cooling, sorry you had an issue with our online booking system. It’s supposed to tell our customers that no appointments are booked online until you’ve received a call from our office. With this weekends past snowstorm we were backed up with emergency no heat calls and we’re postponing maintenance calls until we were all caught up. I’d like to rectify this and respond to the call for no cost if you are still looking for service. Thank you
