  Jeff , the service tech is very professional and congenial. He diagnosed the issue in no time, came back with the part the next day, and had my furnace going in short order.   I called Prime Heating And Air Conditioning to come look at our AC which had stopped working. Jeff was at our house within 4 hours of my initial call. I was very impressed to say the least. He was polite and pleasant. Went about his work immediately and finished in a timely manner. Very pleased especially that the same guy was sent out to do annual checkup on equipment. Thanks so much!!
