  Contact this company to come out and look at my ducts. The first appointment he called and canceled due to rain but he rescheduled for the following week. However, he did not show up nor did he call. Very unreliable.

  I have never been more disrespected in my life by someone I have never even met. I called to have a second opinion on our air conditioning unit. I had an appointment for 3-4 pm today. I called at 5:30 just to check to see if he was coming. My mom and dad did not have money from a prior quote he had given them (over 5 years ago) and because they didn't have the money he said he wanted nothing to do with this job. It was upsetting enough that he mentioned my mom since she passed away in 2016 and really hurt me but to act as if he was above coming for a quote because of something that happened longer than 5 years ago was horrific. I am a business owner and the top in our entire company in sales and would never in my life prejudge someone or talk to someone in the way I was spoke to today. I am hurt and disgusted to have been treated like this.
