  We were having problems with inadequate heat flow on the first floor of our home. We had contacted another company who was supposed to show up on Saturday (1/22/22), but they canceled that morning (I suppose due to the weather--what weather?) and said they would be here on Tuesday. I looked for another company and contacted Prime Comfort on 1/23/22 via their website. I received an email response that said I could call with any questions, so I called. A technician answered the phone and I explained the issue. He said that he would be able to come to my house the next day and gave me his name. The next day, the tech called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. My husband showed him where the unit was and entry to the attic. The tech, Brian P., assessed what was needed and gave us some eye-opening information about the dampers and the damper motors. He told us the cost to repair (and it was very reasonable) and said he would retrieve the parts required and fix it. He was done in about an hour, provided us with an invoice that included pictures of the repair, and the heat has been working perfectly! We have had another company out here several times last year because the heat and cool airflow did not seem adequate and were uneven in spots, but the problem remained until we called Prime Comfort. Thank you so much, Prime Comfort, for an employee like Brian P. He was thorough, professional, and quick. I hope I won't have any more heating/cooling issues anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Prime Comfort.

  Adam with Prime Comfort came to do our fall maintenance this morning. As usual, he was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He took the time to explain what he did and how our system is working. We have been with Prime Comfort since it's inception and they continue to go above and beyond with their service. They are the best in Charlotte!!

  We had a new system put in during the spring and the install went very well and system worked great throughout the summer. As the weather is changing we went to put on the heat and it was not working. We called for service and they responded within a couple of hours which in today's day and age is phenomenal. Adam Hurst was the technician that came out and diagnosed the product which actually had nothing to do with the system. He was extremely professional and fixed the issue for us after diagnosing the problem. This was our first service issue we had since Prime Comfort installed the new unit and I was extremely pleased with their response to our problem and Adam's work.
