I installed 2 mini split systems myself and originally hired another company to evacuate the system and get them started up for me. After just a few short days one of the systems stopped blowing cold air. I called them and they blamed me before ever coming out to check. After contacting prime air, I was extremely impressed with their customer service, text info for points of communication, constant updates, and their service tech Curtis who came out today and fixed what the other company had done wrong. He found three leaks were the prior tech had professed everything was great and held. Not to mention prime air was cheaper and they added Freon to the leaked system and the other company didn’t have to do anything except sit around, smoke cigarettes and rack up an hourly bill on me. I wish I could start all over, use prime air and never waste my time with any other company. I will use them for all of my following builds.

What a wonderful experience everyone has been so helpful understanding and kind. They have been prompt. The whole heating and air unit and outside unit and thermostat installed was very fairly priced with available financing. I can’t say enough good about this company. They returned today I for a heat issues with the new unit they were very prompt and courteous. He got it fixed he was diligent and thorough in his assessment and work. We are once again warm Thank you Prime Air.

**update** After several attempts to contact office personnel owing to a lack of status update on repair diagnosis and parts status I can no longer recommend this company. My unit has been out almost all winter, however, my sole complaint is their lack of communication post service call, I was assured by the tech that office personnel would provide further information, which did not occur. Prompt and courteous service from Curtis
