  I had trouble with my LG refrigerator/freezer that was 6 yrs old. After trying several places to get a repair man I was told I just needed to buy another refrigerator. I talked to LG and was given a number to Pride. I called and finally placed with a quality company. This young man was quick, courteous and made sure I understood what the problem was and fixed it. Was told what the charges would be from beginning. I highly recommend this business. He even texted me the next day to see how the refrigerator was working. Only wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Great service.

  Jesus is wonderful. This is the third time we have used Jesus and he has been excellent every time. We were very fortunate to be referred to him the first time and always know everything will be handled quickly, at great rates, and very professionally. Although we hate to have things break down, it is great to seeJesus coming to the front door. That’s when we know our problem will be solved. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs help.

  Had issues with LG washer. Contacted Best Buy who then assigned to your company. The representative was timely, informative, respectful and professional. Initially the machine started working with no major adjustment. However, the problem popped up again. The representative came out and reevaluate. At that time determined it was the sensor and replaced it. Machine is now working properly.
