  The blower in my heat pump was making a noise, so I called Price to check it out. I’d never used them before, but I’d heard good things about them. They were able to schedule around my teaching schedule, and the technician arrived as scheduled. Even though I didn’t purchase the heat pump from them, they checked to make sure it was still under warranty. When the part took longer to arrive, they touched base with me to let me know they were checking on it because they didn’t want me to think I’d been forgotten (it was only a week.) I’m quite impressed with their attention to customer service, and I highly recommend them!

  These are the nicest people you'll ever do business with! We hadn't had anybody to do regular maintenance on our heat/air units for a couple of years due to retirement. During the snow storm in January the upstairs unit quit working properly. My husband was working nights so I wasn't able to call them out right away. When I did call I spoke with Morgan was was super nice! She got us on the schedule and also set us up with a contract so that we can now get regular maintenance on our units. DJ came out and got our upstairs unit working in a jiffy! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Price Heating & Air!

  Osiel was my technician and he was great. Worked very diligently but also took the time to explain what my issue was and how it was caused. Will go with and recommend Price Services in the future for any HVAC needs. Great company and you get to help out a local family-owned business. Win-Win!
