  Randy and Jen are the most knowledgeable, considerate contractors around. I needed a thermostat replaced and they showed up on time, well prepared, had everything with them they needed. The price quoted was quite reasonable and will definitely call them again and tell everyone I know about their wonderful business. Call them, you won't be disappointed!

  We called them pretty late at night & they were responsive and able to come out immediately in the morning for a heater/ac not working. Randy did such a great job coming out on time, explaining everything and it really showed he knew what he was doing since the problem with the heater was a very odd one that most mechanics wouldn’t catch easily. They were able to fix the problem immediately and very nice, professional.

  This husband and wife team was the best! They were prompt on their service call time, even in this bad weather. I’m so glad I chose them and would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone having heating problems. He also showed me the problem with my fireplace and fixed that issue on the spot with no charge. I appreciated you both and it was a pleasure to have met you both.   Ty for the review. We are a flat rate company. The service call is to get technician at your residence. The technician went completely over ever part in your system on the heating side. The entire process was around 45 to 1 hr . Assuring a complete diagnosis of your heating equipment. The 49.95 was below our flat rate price of cleaning a flame sensor and completely running a diagnostic of equipment. The flat rate rate was 119.95. I felt it was a step charge and have lowered that repair task to $49.95 for all our customers. We hope to be of service in the future.
