  I'm surprised at the low star reviews here. After using our building's maintenance man for literally 15+ visits over 2 years, these guys came right out and fixed the problem once and for all. Professional and knowledgeable

  Called company to diagnose issue with AC, technician claimed AC had blown fuses only. After a week the AC stopped working again, called company to come back out and service. They claimed replacement was the only repair option available and would not come back out to "put a bandaid" on the issue. After seeking a second opinion we found the technician from Price Refrigeration left a jumper wire on the unit causing it to not wok properly, after calling the owner he stated that we will still be billed and that his technician would never do such a thing, stay away!!!!!

  Absolutely horrible service. Did not return call. I recommend calling anyone else. I rate way less than 1.
