  We had 2 systems installed in my home. These guys were great!. The installers were neat, hard working and diligent. They took time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Before starting they made two extended visits to my home to make sure the job was properly planned and laid out. A supervisor stopped by almost every day to make sure we were happy with the work as it progressed. Another point I would like to make: my systems were installed in the middle of winter, so they would need to come back to fill and test them when spring arrived. Spring came and there they were, completing the job without a prompt from me even though they had already been paid in full! That's integrity! My wife and I HIGHLY recommend them.

  Prestige's excellent team, led by Lewis V., just completed a whole-house heat pump installation in our Ossining home. My husband and I were pleased with every aspect of the team's work. Lewis's communication was excellent as was the team's expertise, attention to detail, and thoughtful installation of equipment inside and outside our 170-year-old home. The crew also cleaned up as they worked and were delightful to have around. This was one of the best contractor experiences we've had (and we're pretty picky). Thank you!

  The service I received is always phenomenal. Though I had to wait a few weeks due to the holiday and New Year, the service I received was well worth it. They were professionals, prompt and respectful. Very thorough job was completed fixing both of my PTAC units and even offered services for smaller issues around the house. Definitely recommend for quality and customer satisfaction!
