  Absolutely the worst experience with a service business in my 65 years of life. HVAC system messed up from day one of first regular maintenance visit. Intermittent circuit breaker tripping began the day after routine maintenance call. Multiple service calls failed to properly diagnose and solve the issue. During this time, I was told the cooling side of the system was basically "shot" (at end of service life) and was given a replacement quote. Also told I needed an air filtration system to correct interior mold issue. Before proceeding, and after over a year of this situation, I retained a second opinion. System power tripping issue was found and corrected within 5 minutes (power wire found with small portion of insulation missing resulting in intermittent short circuits). Separately, an independent inspection found absolutely no issues related to mold. Importantly, the HVAC system has worked flawlessly for nine months now (including through the hot summer season) and the system has been described as "good condition for its age". Extreme suspicion concerning the integrity of this firm. Beware - get second opinion before spending a dime on any system service/replacement work.

  Great service. Had a contract for 7 years now. Came to my house 2 weeks ago on Sunday when my air quit within 1 hour and had it working.

  Ok, so i moved to a place where this company did some modifications and service under the prior owner, the house is not old (6-7 year), they proposed me a yearly contract for bi-annual service i found very affordable as a whole, it has been now a year and a half and i had the first issue a day after the last service visit, which was a “trial” to see if the droplet from vent would disappear, called the main number then the after hours number and within the hour someone was knocking on my door, another professional person who nailed down the problem very quick. It tools no time to replace the part and fix the issue. Just wow! I had few different A/C company who are selling you yearly contract but don’t cover many thing overall, those guys are taking on themselves giving you a lot for the money you spend yearly. Honestly i can’t see myself using anyone else at this point, many company can provide basic servicing but not many would offer response time and coverage as Prestige Air does. Hats off to Bob who came urgently to our house tonight and was able to resolve something that i thought would be a nightmare. THANK YOU! I would recommend anyone to trial those folks, they seems to be a nice team, professional workers, very knowledgeable, and as a home owner, very affordable. I wish i could put 6 stars! See you in 6 months folks.
