  Over the past 5 years the aging appliances in my townhome have needed to be repaired and eventually replaced; these include my air conditioner, furnace, water heater, and water softener. When I first needed an AC repair I went to google and when I decided to call Mike at Prescription Heating and Cooling I found a gem. He is very knowledgeable about the equipment he services and always explains things so you understand the issues and options and can make an informed decision. Mike will recommend replacement appliances based on their history and performance and not on their name; which ends up saving money in the long run and you still get quality appliances. I grew up in a small town and have learned to trust the small, local, independent contractors because they work for themselves and their reputation is important to them; not like the bigger companies who are usually out to make a buck. I would highly recommend Mike at Prescription Heating and Cooling.
