  I had called ahead about a product our school needed. The counter guy couldn't locate it though the computer said it was there. Soon, there were 5 guys looking for it! They finally found the item. They could have told me, Sorry can't find it, but they got it for me. I like that

  Don't even think about going in unless you are a contractor. Dude at the desk is very rude and not at all helpful. Oh well, I guess he didn't need my money.
