  A technician named AVERY is the absolute worst. He came in and decided that he needs his boss to come. Made an appointment on another day. Didn't call or show up. Texted him and no replay until the next day. He wanted to come in at that time he was calling with no pre-appointment. No consideration for my time. Told him I can the next day at a certain. The next day came and still no show. Didn't even pick up his phone. WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

  I highly recommend Premier Heating and Air. Brandon Smith is absolutely wonderful. Extremely professional and very kind. Got my unit tuned up just perfect. I have had them out several times before. I will always use them in the future.

  This is a great company, very reliable, calls to give ETA, Brandon was excellent he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. After he finished he told me what was done, and what I needed to do to keep my system running to the best of its ability.
