  Came out to house and said they couldn’t service my unit because I was out of there area.This is after they tried to convince me my unit was bad and I needed to buy a new unit from them for $5400. I had another company come out and fix it for $318 and it’s running fine. All Premier was interested in is to sell me a new AC and not fix it.

  Premier Heating & Air has provided me with nothing but excellent service! I have the maintenance program which is very affordable and well worth the money! The technician, Kevin, came to perform my maintenance service on 04/28/2021 and he was very nice, respectful and professional! He did a thorough job and I would love to have him again! Thanks for your ongoing service!!

  The team at Premier went over and above on helping my elderly parents when their air conditioning went down. They came out on a Saturday and serviced their existing older unit which was leaking coolant. With the service plan they came back 10 days later and had to recharge it again this time at no cost.(highly recommend the service plan, you will never be without air) We made the decision to replace the unit and they expedited the installation to ensure our bedridden parents did not suffer in this summer heat. They came out on Saturday again and did a quick and thorough job. Great communication and professionalism from the technicians to the sales and management team. Its a blessing for the community when you have companies like this that go over and above in how they treat their customers and take care of their business.
