  I hate to do this but price gauging is just not ok. We had a leaky coil and they quoted us $1680 for JUST labor to replace it. The coil itself was $1000 and was covered under warranty. This seemed extremely fishy so we got 2 quotes from other companies that included the repair and to top us off on Freon afterwards, one was $718 and the other was $823. We questioned the tech about this and he informed us he couldn’t send us an invoice or breakout of pricing as only the owner knows this information. Obviously they can’t send us that information because $1680 is highway robbery and they can’t justify it. Don’t do people like this, it’s wrong! Got our unit repaired today by another company for 50% less, thank goodness we didn’t listen to them. One other note - we also paid $458 for a Freon refill to buy us more time until they could come repair the coil. The industry standard is $150-$350 so they probably robbed us there too. Super uncool guys.
