  Incompetent office staff and horrible customer service. Worse, they sell you an expensive new boiler that only they know how to service and then, on a cold morning with no heat, say they will no longer provide support. Nice.

  Regarding the above comment: We discontinued service to this customer due to it taking over a year to receive payment for two service calls. Regarding the boiler we installed, it is a very common boiler purchased from F.W. Webb in Barre, VT. Any technician with oil experience can service this type of boiler.
