  My first experience with Precision Mechanical was excellent. We just purchased a new home from Fischer Homes in December 2016. After closing, a painting contractor accidentally blown a fuse on her furnace while removing the thermostat. We called Precision Mechanical, they were out within the hour and they identified and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Nice work!

  Our furnace went out tonight, the first night this season where temps will be in the 20s. We noticed it was getting too chilly, checked it out, but the burner would only go on for a second then turn off. Keep in mind we have a 2 and a 3 year old sleeping upstairs. Didn't know who to call, so we called the number on the sticker from when the house was built - Precision Mech. Since it was after hours (around 10pm), we had to page a tech. Within minutes he called us back. He was here within 30 minutes, and had the furnace running great 10 minutes later. This guy was professional, friendly and (to us) a lifesaver. This is a small company with great service. We definitely recommend them.
