  We called on Saturday and left a message because we were having issues with our furnace. Loud noise with the fan and motor. We were contacted first thing Monday morning and a technition was at your house by 10am. Our furnace was repaired quickly and is running better then ever. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. We have used Precision Mechanical multiple time's and have always had excellent experience's with this company. I highly recommend their service's.

  Daniel came out to assist with my heat pump and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was super responsive, walked me through everything, very knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He took great care and was very thorough and even though I will more than likely be needing to replace my system I didn't feel at any point that Daniel was only interested in upselling me. I highly recommend Daniel for any of your HVAC needs.

  I had worst possible scenario happen to me, my furnace stopped working while I was halfway across the world on vacation. The operator I reached and after hours technician Tony were extremely helpful, prompt, and communicated everything with me. I had to buy and install the part myself to get it repaired before Christmas and even though they lost out on business, they still helped me and offered advice along the way. Highly suggest this honest small town company.
