We are having our yard re-graded and needed our HVAC units disconnected and then, reconnected after the grading work. Our tech found a problem in one of our HVAC systems and fixed it, even though it took more time from his schedule, than he had allocated. Now, my unit cycles off, properly and the unit cools better than before. He could have easily just did what was asked of him and moved on. Instead, I am typing this is sweet, cool air, with a smile on my face.
