  I can highly recommend Precision Air HVAC. It's a local, family run business that really pays attention to their customers. From the first visit for the estimate, everything was carefully explained as to the functionality of the old and new units. The techs cleaned up after themselves, even vacuuming the floor after their work was complete. I am pleased with the system they recommended.

  Our technician Travis was extremely friendly and professional. He guided us as to what our needs are, and explained why. His office emails schedules, estimates, etc. extremely quick; allowing you to make decisions in a timely manner. We would recommend Precision Air for any HVAC needs.

  I requested them to come look at my thermostat which was giving me strange information. They looked at my eating system and suggested two things: a device for my drip pan to prevent overflow and suggested a maintenance agreement. They felt heating maintenance should correct the thermostat question. I was very impressed with the fact they admitted they were unfamiliar with what my thermostat was telling me so went back to the office to research it. Honesty is always a good character trait in my book.
