  After 22 years of no problems with our hot water heater, it finally bit the dust. Travis from Precise came to look at it that afternoon and installed our new tank the next day! He was so professional, friendly and very very thorough! Thank you guys so much!!!!

  Travis Vick came out the day of need to service our gas fireplace. Was nice as can be, very knowledgeable and informative. Took his time and checked in detailed. Great experience from a customer. Travis is who I’ll be using for any issues going forward
