  Our tech was Jay. He’s been awesome since we moved into our little home. He comes out at a timely manner. He does a courtesy call or text. He’s very kind and professional. He also knows his work. He has had to fix our unit twice and is able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of his arrival. I appreciate the professionalism and the service.

  Roger was very professional and knowledgeable, he came in knowing what the problem was. He explained to me what he was going to do(although it went over my head lol).He quickly began to repair and now we will be warm and cozy tonight. Thanks to Roger, you rock!!!!

  Roger was very responsive, friendly and really knew what he was doing. Very trustworthy experience. We even cancelled our other maintenance contract in favor of Precise, because of the confidence we had with our experience with Roger.
