  I am very pleased with Precise Carpet Cleaning. All of the personnel are professional, efficient, prompt, and personable. They did a super job on my carpet, and returned (pleasantly!) for stubborn stains. My only regret is that I didn’t know about them sooner! I recommend Precise Carpet Cleaning to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned! It will be a pleasant experience and you will feel satisfied when you see your carpet looking so nice!

  Bret and his team did an amazing job at our house. He was able to get out all stains, and the carpets look great. They were on time, prompt, and friendly------I would recommend Precise to everyone.

  I was initially disappointed with my upholstery but Rich was extremely helpful in explaining the issue and correcting it. The workers were very nice and friendly and explained everything they were going to do. I would use them again without hesitation. They deserved better than the initial 2 stars I gave them. Thank you Rich!
