  Pete was absolutely fantastic to work with! He answered my call right at 5 pm and was at my house an hour and a half later to troubleshoot my installation of a smart thermostat. Everything appeared to be in working order that evening, but I woke up to a very chilly house the next morning. A quick text to Pete and he was there within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved in a few hours. He was professional, courteous and explained his work in a way that I could understand. I would recommend Pete without question!

  Pete was fantastic! He was quick to answer the phone and rearranged his day to make sure he could get to me to trouble shoot and solve the problem. He was professional, friendly, responsive and effective and got the pipes running again. I highly recommend this company and Pete. Thank you so much!!

  Pete fixed our boiler in record time. He was professional in appearance and conduct, prompt and knowledgeable. His truck is well stocked with parts and equipment. Pete is very friendly and easy to talk to. Pete embodies excellent customer service and we can’t wait to have him back!
