I needed some repairs done ASAP all the way out in Rocky Point. Powley was on it within a business day when no one else had time for me.

Great service. Needed him to chalk the toilet. I have one to do that. I am as old as the hills. No handi man.

The gentlemen that showed up to do the actual work were proffessional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Unfortunately the reason for my review was their punctuality and their employers demeanor. To start, they arrived an hour and a half late. When I called to inquire where they might be, Bob greeted my as if I had spat in his face. My interactions with Bob throughout the whole encounter were less than professional to say the least. I will keep them in mind if I ever have an emergency, but Powley is definitely at the bottom of the list for now.

Hade been working on my home for sometime now and was finally able to get water going. Being on a well, we needed someone to come out and flush the system for us and de-winterize everything properly. They came out a few days later. Which was fine for us. An not only flushed the system, but thoroughly checked the plumbing and made us aware of what needs be replaced etc. Major help and they are very friendly. Where I had issues contacting some of the others. They did answer and get back to me quickly. Which is why I went with them. After having a positive experience, will definitely return for any future jobs on our house that I can not do myself. And of course recommend them with confidence to others.

Eric and Martin we're both professional courteous, and friendly. They took care of the problem efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company for your leaking problems.

They rescued us!  Our toilet simply came undone....I called four other plumbers and none could come for over a week.  Powley said they'd have some one out the next day...I was happily surprised when I got a visit from their crew the same day (they were in the neighborhood).  I was very happy.  The put covers over shoes when in the house.  Worked quickly and professionally.  Both workers were courteous and very fun about our dog persisting at wanting the ball tossed.  Thank you!!!

I would give these guys a zero if I could. We had this company out to resolve an issue with our geothermal two years ago and they did poor work and had to keep returning day after day because our water wasn't getting warm. Finally we got tired of the run-around and they left us with an astronomical bill and a malfunctioning geothermal system. We put up with it as long as we could.
Someone from Powley returned today after we spent the weekend without hot water or heat (in the middle of a winter storm warning and 20-30 degree temperatures) and told us he couldn't do anything and ran out of here as fast as he could. Seriously, if you need something fixed, call Brodmerkle. He was here for less than an hour and had us back in hot water with very little effort.

So, I've had an ongoing problem with a leaky bathtub faucet for over two years. I get it fixed it starts leaking again. Powley is the third plumbers I've called. The other two only fixed problem for a few months and again it will start leaking. So, happy and impressed with the plumber that came out today. He fixed it, told me exactly why it kept leaking and replaced the part that was broken instead of just replacing a washer. That's right the first two company's that worked on it didn't replace the part only the washer. Thank you for finally fixing this!!!!

Bob and his crew are awesome! Will definitely recommend  Powley plumbing to my neighbors.

Bob saved me 100 bucks by taking the time to explain my plumbing issue over the phone, while avoiding service charges. He was friendly over the phone. You RoCk!
