Powerbill Solutions just installed a battery backup for my existing solar panels. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process. They cost 2/3 of what the nation-wide companies wanted for the same equipment and they didn't need a 4 month wait for the equipment to arrive. My project was completed less than 5 weeks after the deposit was paid. If I had called them first, I would have gotten both the cells and the batteries for what the national chain charged to install just the solar cells.

Thank you very much Glenn for taking time to let other customers know that we are here to give customers the best experience and proposal!

If you need a consultant for solar panel installation or the benefits of solar, call Bryan Rodenberry at Powerbill Solutions. Bryan is a wiz when it comes to solar panels and the best way to way save on energy bills. I found that Bryan is also low-pressure and won't try to sell you anything unnecessary. Highly recommended.

This will be a long well-deserved review. If you want the short version read the next few lines: Bryan worked with me from the beginning to the end, addressed all my concerns and questions and left the site with a happy customer. He knows what he's doing. Price wise, he was the best from 3-4 other contractors I called, but this doesn't mean lower quality. The long version: I started asking for quotes from solar contractors, and Powerbill solutions was the only one to actually come to my home and assess the situation, not rely on google earth or other imaging software. Trees can be a major issue in Tallahassee but he took care of that at the end of the job with outstanding price as well. Not only this, but he verified my electrical panel in the house itself to make sure that it needs no or minimal modifications so that the price he gives me won't change. When I decided to go with powerbill, I stressed on the fact that continuous communication is very important to me. Whether by emails or phone calls or texts, whatever, I dont like to be left in the dark. And during the project, Bryan was always giving me updates or answering my phone calls (geez once or twice I called after 9 pm, I know that's bad). Then he started ordering materials which came fast (by the way, the materials he choose is some of the best in the market). He is also very flexible, He recommended a specific panel brand and told me he can get whatever I want if I want something different, but delivery may vary. Same thing with the solar system itself (Center Inverter versus Microinverters with each panel). He gave the option to choose but recommended a product he trusts. By the way, I did a LOT of research so I knew everything he was talking about and probably that's why he offered me both options. Each has its pros and cons and almost priced the same. Fast forward, once permit was ready (which he took care of too), installation took less than a week, and that's because a couple of days were rainy and dangerous to walk on the slippery metal roof. I requested the inverter with the EV charger and he also provided that. At first I told him it's ok if we install it on the opposite side of the carport, few days later I changed my mind and he worked with me and the electrician to make it happen. Now its on the carport side. If you're thinking of solar, now is the time to do it before they gut the incentives to 0. I started thinking about it Mid October 2019. a week later I signed with Powerbill on the condition he finishes everything before December 31st. I was up and running Dec. 13th. A month of that was permitting and a week of rain. Finally, he set up my solar monitoring and provided proper access for everything to see. As mentioned before, he cut all the trees that I needed removed for the solar to have optimum performance. He's hard-working and honest.
