  only positive is that they answer phone quick and respond quick. Young tech came out on Sunday, charged $800 for 5lbs of refrigerant just for it to all leak 4 days later. I call them to come out and check just for them to tell me their tech made a mistake filling it up while their was a leak, just for them to now want to charge me $9,000 to replace the AC now. Point is they shouldn't be performing work and charging customers when they know theirs going to another problem.

  Requested a quote and when they came they wouldn't quote repair unless I paid a discounted service charge. Which i dont think they even serviced. I don't know for sure. Im not on the roof with them.

  I'm Not sure what the confusion is here or the reasoning for your review. You called us asking to diagnose 6 coolers on the roof of a commercial building. We informed you of the cost to do so. The service charge covers our technician time, vehicle expenses, etc. A diagnostic was made, estimate for repairs given, service charge due and paid. If you had any questions you could have called us.
