  We had a whole new water system put in: water softener, r/o etc. We highly recommend Popejoy. They are friendly, knowledgeable and and reliable. The salesman was friendly and gladly answered all of our questions. The installers were quick and professional. They came back out three weeks later to test the water to make sure everything was working properly. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

  Our main project was a water treatment system (water softener) and reverse osmosis drinking water system install. We don’t have to rent anything, both complicated systems were installed in one day, and there are versatile payment options. We signed up for the maintenance plan too, so I don’t have to do any upkeep. Everyone was skilled and professional and there is no way we would ever go back. There were a couple very minor glitches after the initial install that they would have quickly and easily remedied, but as a former contractor, I was able to quickly diagnose and correct. Simple little things that can happen with any big install. A few weeks after the install, there was a follow up to retest all aspects of the water and system. A few adjustments were made to dial everything in absolutely perfectly. We are good to go and I will recommend their services to others.

  10/10 recommended pope-joy! Scott and his team got us all set up with our water heater, softener, and water filtration system. They did a great job and are very professional! They have also done other work for me with heating in my home, and I am very pleased with their work!
