Charged $100 more than quoted and was told they had parts available "in the truck" but still took an extra 1 hr+ because they had to leave for parts 2 times. Also reinstalled a longer fan shaft on the the new condenser fan motor and now the fan doesn't sit at the same height inside the condenser and makes extra noise & vibration because it's creating extra air turbulence inside the condenser due to the fan being too far down into the condenser. TLDR....they put whatever parts they could find and charged me an extra $100

had such a fantastic experience with Greg today! We have had issues with our furnace since Friday and Sunday it quit working. They fit us in today and Greg was very professional and friendly and he got us back up and running very quickly! Thank you to the entire polk county heating and cooling team!!
