  I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Javier. Told him the dishwasher water was not draining and the ice maker has stopped working. He went by and tested the dishwasher, and said there was nothing wrong with it. After he left the dishwasher was started and the problem continued. I called him back and sent him a video so he could see for himself and I never heard back from him. The ice maker, he took the cover off and then checked the filter and said the Ice Maker would update have to be replaced. After this experience, I felt as if I had thrown $90.00 in the trash.

  Mr. Auces offers great customer service which is rare in this field of work. Quick to respond and punctual. He was very transparent with costs of parts and his labor is reasonably priced. Repair was done in a couple of days even considering parts were ordered. His professionalism shows that he is very conscious that clients have an urgency to get the appliances fixed.

  Javier came and did a diagnostic on our washer, he ordered the Parts and had the washer working in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable of his work. I highly recommend him, I would hire him again.
