Mohammed sent a text each time before he came - estimate, installation and follow up - and showed up on time.  He has a great, friendly/happy attitude and you can tell that he is not only knowledgeable, but also really enjoys his job.  This is the second home that Polar Express has done an installation for me and I wouldn’t use anyone else!

So I called this company becase my ac was close to 3 years with no maintence. One guy came, check everything and said it was all OK. No big cleaning nothing of the sort. 3  weeks later my AC stopped cooling...  I called again, they came and said that my ac was leaking and it was not cooling because it had no more gas. It seams the first guy did not check the gas levels. (Even though the first visit was suppose to be a full inspection).They told me that the leak is proabably very small and it may take years for it to fail again. They try to find the leak and said that it was proabably inside de walls and needless to say the cost of finding and fixing that is more that I can afford at this moment. But that was the only option they gave me.
Now I know there are cheaper options for small leaks like using sealers but they never propose that.
The second problem was that my air handler heater was not working and they found the sequencer was bad.
I know they run a business and they have to charge more for parts, but they send me a quote for 180.00 for a esquecer that cost 12.00 on Amazon! (Labor not included)  So I am giving this place 2 stars because I feel they withhold solutions to help me and overcharge for things.

Hi Juan – we apologize for the poor experience as we strive to provide the best customer service possible. When we last worked on your system, nearly two months ago, we advise on several issues of concern but only performed the work you approved. Leak tests are done with owner consent and are necessary when trouble shooting a system with unusually low levels. We do not recommend using any type of sealer or “stop-leak” quick fix as they are unproven and can often cause more expensive issues down the road. Please call or email us regarding the $180 quote, we would like the opportunity to explain further as that also includes time to obtain the part, warranty processing and filing, the repair, a labor warranty and other considerations within the quote that would need explaining.
