These guys are the best. I’ve been using them for about 5 years and have always had the best experience. They were always able to come promptly, on a couple of occasions they didn’t charge me anything, even for a visit. Today the issue with my heater was fixed in about 30 mins by Bruce, who’s been “our technician” as long as I remember. He charged me for a part - no inconvenience fee, no visit fee, no labor fee. This is the only company that I consistently offer more money for the service than they charge. They are always courteous, on time, efficient and fair.

I called this morning with a question regarding some issue with my AC system and some repaired suggested by a company sent by my home warranty. Ben answered the phone and spent some time answering the questions I had. Great customer service, I will definitively call them when my home warranty expires. Updated 10/2018: had to call as one of my unit stop cooling. Got a prompt call back from Bruce and he showed up as scheduled that evening. After running some diagnostic, Bruce called me to explain what could be the problem. He even offered several options to fix the issue. Since I already had the part, he told me to go ahead and change it when I got home and call him back if I still had any problem. After a few minutes I received a call from Bruce, he had found a broken wire, fixed it and told me that the issue was fixed. Best of all since he was an easy fix, he refused to charge me despite spending time finding the issue and speaking with me on the phone since I was at work. This is the best customer service I have received ever. Please do not hesitate to call them and support a local company that really cares about their costumers. Update 01/14/2022 Decided to update the outside AC unit due to age and poor performance. Bruce came by, gave me a quote, explained to me my options with no pressure at all. Price was great and I got the unit installed back in December. Unit looks awesome, installation looks professional and it performs as expected. From previous experience with this company I know my family and I are in good hands if anything happen.

Tried to make an appointment to fix a failed heater and told the guy that we ask that masks be worn in the house. He said THEY DONT WEAR MASKS because they are irrelevant. I had a heart surgery canceled beacause the hospital had so many COVID patients. Masks are relevant! Ignorance like this company promotes nearly cost me my life. Any other contractor we've had out has worn a mask no questions asked.

It's in our eyes and cuts. Its irrelevant in terms of protecting ourselves. You should think of others perspectives. I didn't almost cost you anything. Dont review a company you haven’t hired. And find someone to direct your hate. We are simply helping people. We are free from the lies. I didn't create the fear you have and dont share it.
