  If you have a Carrier system, I highly recommend Polar Aire. We are getting rid of our current "annual maintenance" company because they are always using "the sky is falling" tactics to up-sell their brand new systems and get commissions. Tyler H. from Polar is an outstanding technician who knew the history of our system and it's operating nuances. Our Furnace needs a little TLC, but not a $17,000 replacement System! Now we can have a worry-free holiday and not go into debt! I appreciate the honesty and that they provided several future options.

  Extremely professional, nice and trustworthy team that I loved working with. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help in anyway they could. Text service was great too, letting me know when people were on their way and ability to track them online with a map was helpful to schedule my meetings around.

  I have used Polar Aire for many, many years as the servicing company for my heating and cooing system, along with plumbing issues with like my water heater. I have been extremely pleased with the service tech, responsiveness and fair pricing.
