  BUYER BEWARE! Mark at the counter charged me triple the going price for a pair of 4" slip flanges I needed - $101 for two 4" Sch80 flanges versus $30 on line or $45 at a big box - and I'm a contractor! Tried to charge triple for Sch40 4" pipe. Good thing the other salesperson, Sean, caught him. Nice move, Mark. Laugh's on you - I would have spent a couple grand there. Don't trust these guys. No ethics, and no returns. Matt down the street at S.N.E. gave me a price of $20 ea., with no bs. Go there.

  I purchased an expensive sink for over $800 and when it arrived, I had them open it, because the box was water damaged with big stains and numerous black marks. The box looked like it had been sitting wet for years in a warehouse (they got it from their warehouse in Fall River) and I noticed there was very little padding in the box. The sink had several inches on top where it looked like it had been gouged and pitted with a fork, really deep marks that would never occur even after years of normal use. I told them that would not be acceptable and the young man who had sold it to me said in a very unpleasant tone, that the sink would have lots of scratches in just a few weeks because that is what stainless steel sinks are like! I informed him that no sink I had ever had was marred that badly, not even after 15 years of use, and I wanted a new one. Then I was told they couldn't guarantee that a new one would look any better. I wondered about that because all of their sinks in the showroom look perfect. No matter what I had paid, I expected my new item to be perfect! I had also been told that if I couldn't afford the sink, they could get me a cheaper one! I can afford what I want, thank you very much, and I don't appreciate a business trying to sell me an item that certainly didn't look new, was extremely scratched up on the top and then have an attitude to boot, as if it were somehow my fault that I didn't want to accept a damaged item and how dare I expect it to be perfect! The whole experience was unpleasant and I would recommend avoiding this business. I found a gorgeous 16 gauge Ruvati sink for $340 on-line. The expensive $837 (tax included) couldn't hold a candle to my new Ruvati sink.
