  They put a new toilet in my bathroom without the correct Johnny Ring fit and ruined my floor. They didn't care, they said it already had water damage. Awful Service!! Be AWARE!!

  Sent 2 guys out to clear a clogged line. $470 later the guys spent 1 hour. 1 man was all that was needed to run a snake. What a rip off. Will NEVER call or recommend this business again. Even sent a 3rd "supervisor" out to ok the job. Never told me what they were charging me. The guys drove back to town on my time to buy gloves because they didn't have them on the van.

  First, they rescheduled appointment time the day before appointment. On day of appointment, repairman was half hour late. Looked at the job for 5 minutes. Then, he said he needed to go back to the shop. A little later I got a call saying it's a two man job, and they need to reschedule again. I wasted the better part of a day waiting for nothing to happen. Plum will never get my business again.
