Had a problem With my heat pump on a cold day… called for service and had a tech on-site In 2 hours… great service!

They were super busy when we called them because of the heat wave. But they later sent a repair tech and he took 30 mins to find the problem and fixed our central air system.  Great stuff 👏

Very professional and explanatory about my refrigeration unit. They were willing to educate us on the systems workings and warning signs of problems. Very pleased with the company and service and Carl the technician.

Travis and everyone involved were professional, knowledgeable,  and courteous.  They all worked hard, and finished a day ahead of time. They also respected my home.  I love my A/C, and I'd recommend them to anyone! They even filed my Warranties!  Super group!!

Always have amazing work done by PlumAir the technician that we use Carl is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Carl is trustworthy honest and hard-working he has been able to take care of all of our issues from our walk-in cooler refrigeration multiple restaurant freezers  as well as preventive maintenance. We have allowed Carl and PlumAir to do repairs during closed hours without anyone at the business and trust him completely. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job for us, great service great price great company

We had a hot water heater emergency. Our heater needed replaced due to age and condition. Plum Air helped us out the same day, and installed a new heater immediately. I cant thank them enough for their quick response and professionalism.  Forever grateful for the services they provide.

Joshua from Plum-Air was excellent! Our air conditioner started to act up on the 4th of July and decided to completely stop working later that day in the midst of a horrible heat wave. When we called Plum-Air on the morning of July 5, the agent put us on the repair list and said we would receive a visit from a serviceman within a few hours. A very short time later, Josh called and then arrived. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, thoroughly checked the system, all the while explaining things to us and answering all our questions. We were very happy with the job and pleasantly surprised with our bill, which was very reasonable. Thank you Josh for your professionalism, and for doing a great job!

mike was an excellent technician. was very personable and answered all my questions. if i ever have any problems, i would request him by name.

From getting the quote, to finished product, these guys were great. The unit they installed works fantastic, they even installed it 2 weeks before I thought they would be able to based on original quote. The installers were professional and barely even knew they were there. Would recommend them and use them again for future installs.

I been using Plum Air for over 10 years. That says, it All! Professional from top to bottom. I always got great service from there employees.
