  Called the night before and left message. Quick response the following morning. Thankfully, they were able to fix the issue with the AC before out of town guest arrived. Techs answered all questions, happy and would recommend them.

  After coming home from Christmas vacation we noticed our furnace wasn’t heating. We received very great customer service and they had someone working on it within a day! My dad loved the service that the Goodland office offered us! He explained the problem to my dad and was very quick about fixing our problem! They also offer very great prices!! Thank you so much!

  After discovering that the venting for our furnace and water heater had become badly corroded and was leaking exhaust gases into our attic, I stopped by Plains Heating & Air. The company had previously performed some minor furnace repairs for us. Their technicians were preparing for the workday ahead, but were happy to take time with me. They are an impressive, helpful team. Dylan came to our house that same morning to evaluate the situation, and returned in a couple of hours with the parts needed to complete the repair. Needless to say, we slept better that night. Plains will soon be installing a new furnace and A/C system in our home. A company's best salespeople are the people who provide excellent service to the customer.
