  Friendly office staff and the technicians are top notch. They got our furnace fixed and cleaned up there mess before leaving.

  I called to schedule another appointment request, I was told there is 7 other clients before me in that day and a tech or rep agent would call me later that evening to see when the next availability was. No call that evening... So I called the following morning and then I was told that a tech could get to my clients house sometime tomorrow and they would give me a call for sure in the morning to inform me/client on an exact time. Next day arrived and no call in the morning...no call at noon... So I called back once again, and then I was told the techs would be out working till next week and they would get to it when they felt like it. Poor business communication, poor business customer values, poor workmanship/sportsmanship. I'll be using a different heating and cooling company from now on. I hope no one else has to deal with the poor business quality I experienced. Improve your business service skills and I'll think about removing my review. Have a wonderful day.   This company was referred to me by a friend. I've been having issues with my furnace overheating. I called in and within 30 mins, I received a called back from the service tech David. Within 30 mins he was at my door. David was very pleasant and I felt the pricing was very reasonable. Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon but if I do, I'll definitely use them again.
