My significant other and I took our rehomed 4 month old husky to K9 for the puppy obedience camp. On the day of pick up, you get a one on one session for the dog to show off what they learned and so you can practice working with them also! They socialized him around other dogs and people which was one of the main things we wanted also since he hadn’t been around many people before we got him. Very pleased with them and will be using K9 for daycare for the pup in the future!

Been going here for the past 3 years. Every employee says Trixie (my husky) is a pleasure to be with and no issues when i asked everytime i picked her up from daycare. There was multiple times my girl would come back with scratches on her face or marks on her body, i chalked it up to dogs being dogs and playing. The last time i picked her up and brought her home, she had a bit of a limp. I called and they said there was no issue with her and again they said she was a pleasure to be with. I call today to see if there is any room for daycare or if they are booked and im told Trixie has started multiple fights with other dogs and they will no longer take her for play dates. This place has no idea how to deal with customers and they think lying to your face is a good buisness model. Not recommended!
Response from the owner
Hi sir, Thank you for your review. I looked into your review and saw the last day Trixie was with us was on Dec. 1st 2021. I recall being out with the daycare dogs earlier that day. While I was out with them I distinctively remember Trixie was an instigator in challenging a few different daycare dogs multiple times. (To the point I had to separate her from the ones she was challenging). I am not saying she is a dog fighter out for blood, I am saying she was “rough playing.” I made the staff up front aware of the rough housing and informed them that she was not allowed back for daycare. I made this decision for the safety of Trixie and the safety of other dogs. Rough playing with the wrong dog could result in serious injury or even death. Trixie is a sweet pup and we have never had any real issues until that day. I have spent a lot time out in the play yard with her and others. Unfortunately from time to time we have to tell pet owners that their pet isn’t allowed in daycare but for safety reasons. Best Regards, Macon

This was our first time here and I’m incredibly impressed! I brought my dog (shepherd mix) for grooming. First off, I Love the fact that the dogs aren’t just sitting in a tiny little kennel when they aren’t being groomed and kept there all day. It gives me anxiety because I know Lexi hates that. The lady who checked me in was prompt, apologized that it was a little crazy (it’s the day before thanksgiving break, I get it) and super friendly. A few hours later I get a text, which is super cool, that Lexi is ready. She looks amazing. The groomer, Holly, personally confirmed with me that I was happy. Everything looked amazing, I asked if she would take a little more off her arms and she did immediately. She smells amazing, looks beautiful and got a doggy play day. Definitely found our new grooming home!
