  Incredible service! My air conditioner went out on a very hot day. By the time I checked to see what the problem was, not only was it quite hot in my house, but it was about 5:00 PM on a Friday evening. Pioneer Heating & Air Conditioning was quick to schedule me and get the technician here in under an hour’s time. He ran the test, figured out the problem, and got the air-conditioner going. He only charged for a trip. Great work! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

  Air went out on hottest days. Pioneer Heating & Air Conditioning answered immediately and provided loaner window units until new equipment came in. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I didn’t even bother with a second estimate. You don’t always get what you pay for but I sure did and more.

  The tech who came out was excellent and went above and beyond to help me out with a thermostat issue and other items while out here. I’ve had 2 companies since moving into my home and Pioneer Heating & Air Conditioning is the best. I’m so lucky that my brother reminded me that our mother used them when I needed to change
