  I came home to no heat after work. After checking the obvious I decided to call Pinnacle Home Comfort. The owner answered and when I told him my situation he said “Let me grab a truck and I’ll be right there.” He shows up less than 30 minutes after we hung up and greets us and asks where the unit is. We show him and he trouble shot the system and pinpointed the problem. He got us back up and running and we were very pleased with the service we received. How many companies can you call and the owner walk out on a hot supper to come help you. Pinnacle Home Comfort is one of those companies. Professional, fast response, good price point for the work. Quality work for sure. Don’t hesitate to call them. It will not be a mistake.

  I first called Pinnacle to install a washer dryer hook up but also needed new plumbing. The team was fantastic! Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Prices are very fair and affordable! I would definitely give Rich a call at Pinnacle! I also look forward to them servicing my HVAC system for routine maintenance.

  I called pinnacle after I discovered a water leak in my crawlspace. The answered on the first ring and gave me instructions on what to do while they were in route to my home. They repaired the leak quickly and had my system back up and going. Top notice customer service and a true professional! I highly recommend the Pinnacle team!
