  The technician that came out was friendly. However, we called this company because our heat pump had been hard starting and would go prolonged periods of time without ever kicking on. The tech looked at it and said that this was a normal response to keep the unit from freezing over. One month later - our heat pump goes out. We call another company that stated this was not normal and simple part replacement would have kept us from losing heat in below freezing temperatures. So not only did we waste $70 paying them to come out and do absolutely nothing, we had to pay a different company another $170 to do what should have been done the first time.

  Awesome company. Was able to get out to take a look at my system the day I called. They worked with my home warranty company and made all repairs the day after approval. I highly recommend. Great comapny!

  Nicest bunch of guys around! Explained exactly what I needed and help me save some money in the end! Can't thank them enough for their hard work, honesty and being so kind. Will be using them from now on!
