  We found Pinnacle Heating & Cooling to be reminiscent of an earlier time when companies would go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. They were very professional, while maintaining a kind and courteous manner. We had a complete heating and air package unit put in. They did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend them .We look forward to using their services for years to come .

  I am very pleased with this company and all its service team! The technician even explained everything in detail, and politely answered my questions. He is also incredibly attentive and informative throughout the ac and furnace repair, which I appreciated so much. I certainly would recommend their HVAC repair service to everyone I know.   I have been using Pinnacle Heating & Cooling and they have always been terrific. I was concerned when they were bought out a few years ago that their service or value would drop. But, Great News, the new owners just kept in step with all the prior goodness! This group cannot be beat on any measure from servicing to pricing to scheduling to absolute kindness!
