  I'm very happy with these guys. It started with quick and easy no-nonsense discussions with sales to find the right product for us. And then it was scheduled to be installed the next day. The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time to answer the questions I had and left the work area clean. I will definitely be calling them again!

  Excellent work! I have used Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air company for both my furnace and air conditioning units, and have been extremely pleased with their services. You are able to schedule an appointment at your convenience anytime and they give you a 1-hour window for when their technician will arrive. They also call to tell you when the tech is on their way.They offer you a service agreement package which makes the process even easier. Their tech are also very professional in this field. As long as Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air company keeps employees like this, this company has our business!

  Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air are the best at what they do! Yesterday I made a phone call to Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air and Dominic and his squad arrived early the next morning to fix my furnace, I found them to be very friendly and nice. My heater went out on Monday evening and we had to stay in the cold the whole night. Dominic was great; he was able to identify the real cause of the problem and repaired it immediately. The prices were affordable and their professionalism was brilliant. I am very happy to have my home warm again and would highly recommend them!!
